Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your right under EU consumer law.

To cancel, email us at labas@oikaipkvepia.lt or call +370 686 65688 with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Condition of returned items

Candles must be returned unused and unburned, in their original packaging. We cannot accept a candle that has been lit.

Who pays for return postage

You pay the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the items reach us.

Original delivery charges are refunded at the standard rate. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund only the standard amount.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives broken or faulty, email labas@oikaipkvepia.lt within 14 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including postage, at no cost to you.
